The "Efficient BuildingsPLUS" program by the State of Berlin supports the energy-efficient renovation of existing residential and non-residential buildings for which building applications or notifications were submitted before February 1, 2002. It offers grants for measures such as the replacement and optimization of heating systems, installation of digital systems, and thermal insulation of the building envelope. The goal is to reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions in the building sector, thereby contributing to Berlin's climate protection targets.
