Capital Participations in Innovative and Technology-Oriented Companies

This funding program targets young, technology-oriented companies and start-ups in Rhineland-Palatinate that require innovative venture capital for the development and market launch of their products, processes, and services. The main goal is to strengthen the equity base and prevent commercial deficiencies in technology-oriented newcomers.

The funding focuses on the development and market launch of innovative products, production processes, and services. The program is open to all themes and supports technology-oriented projects in various sectors.

Funding is provided through equity participations. The maximum participation is limited to 500,000 Euros and covers up to 75 percent of the project costs. The term of the participation is generally 10 years.

For a successful application, a viable business concept and the assurance of capital parity between equity and the requested participation are crucial.

Applications for capital participation must be submitted directly to Wagnisfinanzierungsgesellschaft für Technologieförderung.
