Civil Society Cooperation in the field of Youth SGA

This program provides structural support to European non-governmental organizations (ENGOs) and EU-wide networks that are active in the field of youth. The primary goal is to empower young people and enhance their participation in democratic life, in line with the EU Youth Strategy.

The program supports the operational functioning of eligible organizations, allowing funding to be allocated across various activities that contribute to the program's objectives.

The funding for this program is provided as an operating grant based on a lump sum model, with the amount determined by the number of staff members of the applicant organization.

Applicants must adhere to specific eligibility, admissibility, and evaluation criteria, as well as application procedures and budget rules outlined in the official call document. A key condition for this Specific Grant Agreement (SGA) is the prior award of a Framework Partnership Agreement (FPA).

The application process involves submitting both a Framework Partnership Agreement (FPA) and a Specific Grant Agreement (SGA) application in parallel, with strict deadlines. Evaluation is based on relevance, quality, and impact.

The program is governed by the Erasmus+ framework, with specific conditions and guidelines detailed in the Call document and the Model Grant Agreement.
