ESF Funding Guideline Vocational Education – Mobility Advisory Centers

The funding program of the State of Hesse is aimed at legal entities under public and private law that are active in the field of vocational education. The goal is to support young people, skilled workers, and companies in Hesse through measures of career orientation, training, further education, and international mobility. The funding is geographically limited to Hesse.

Various measures in the field of vocational education are funded, including career orientation in STEM professions, qualified training support, educational coaching, mobility advisory centers for international experience, and model projects for innovation promotion. The measures aim to expand skills and improve adaptation to the working world.

Funding is primarily provided in the form of grants, with funding rates varying between 60 percent and 90 percent of eligible expenses depending on the specific funding program. Fixed-amount financing is also possible for certain regional cooperation measures.

Specific conditions must be met for funding, including qualification requirements for project personnel, the obligation to certify advisory staff, and adherence to detailed guidelines for eligible expenses. Furthermore, the funded activities must not already be financed by other public funds.
