European Union, and associated third countries (e.g., Iceland, Lichtenstein, Norway, Kosovo, Serbia, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Turkey, Bosnia and Herzegovina) that are associated to the SME Pillar of the Single Market Programme (SMP) or are in ongoing negotiations for an SMP Association Agreement that enters into force before grant signature. Projects are expected to promote a broad EU dimension, with at least 10% of supported SMEs coming from EU regions different from the countries of individual Euroclusters’ partners. Specific attention is paid to EU-13 countries and regions with different levels of economic development to foster new cooperations.
