Conditions and Requirements

Certain conditions must be met for funding, including proof of other funding sources if other grant providers are involved, and adherence to requirements for budget management and expenditure verification. There is no legal entitlement to funding, as the decision is made at the discretion of the ministry.

Application Procedure

The application for funding must be submitted in writing and legally signed by October 31 of the year preceding the start of funding to the Thuringian Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs, Health, Women, and Family. Several important documents must be attached to the application.

The funding is based on a specific guideline for the promotion of non-investment social measures, supplemented by provisions of the Thuringian State Budget Code. These legal bases define the purpose and conditions of the grants.
