The application process requires electronic submission to the Arnsberg District Government. Decisions on funding are made at the discretion of the authority and within the limits of available budget funds.

The legal basis of the funding program is the Participation and Integration Act in conjunction with the specific funding guideline and other administrative regulations and circular decrees.
