Funding for Outpatient Support in Community Psychiatry, Participation, and Trialogue

This funding program is aimed at non-profit organizations and initiatives in Lower Saxony that are dedicated to providing outpatient support to people with mental illnesses and their relatives. It aims to improve the reintegration and participation of these groups.

The program supports outpatient measures for the promotion and support of people with mental illnesses, their relatives, as well as people with central nervous system disorders or psychological disabilities. The funding includes various types of projects, from the initial equipping of counseling centers to therapeutic offers and trialogue events.

The program provides non-repayable grants for project funding with a maximum amount of €15,000 per project. The funding can be in the form of a fixed amount or deficit financing, and there is a de minimis limit of €2,500 per project.

Certain conditions and regulations must be observed for the application and implementation of the funded measures. These include a prohibition of early commencement of measures and double funding from state funds, as well as specific information in the statement of use.

The application process requires annual submission by March 31st. The approving authority makes its decisions based on its dutiful discretion within the framework of available budget funds.

The funding is based on a specific directive from the Lower Saxony Ministry for Social Affairs, Labor, Health and Equality and the administrative regulations for the State Budget Ordinance.
