The funding program was based on the "Guideline for the Granting of Subsidies to Providers of Contact and Information Centers for Self-Help", an administrative regulation of the Ministry of Economy, Labor and Health Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, which was valid from 2019 until the end of 2023.
