Funding Guideline Vocational Training – Apprenticeships for Secondary School Leavers
The State of Hesse supports companies that create apprenticeships for young people who have completed at most a lower secondary school leaving certificate (Hauptschulabschluss). The goal is to enable these young people to directly enter company-based vocational training. Support is provided as a grant towards the apprenticeship remuneration in the first two years of training.
