Funding for Structural Noise Protection Measures in Primary Schools

This funding program from the State of Hesse targets school authorities of primary schools and schools offering primary education, which are located within Noise Protection Day Zone 2 of the designated noise protection area of Frankfurt Main Airport. An obligation to submit proof of use and compliance with general funding regulations of the State of Hesse are also provided.

The application procedure for funding structural noise protection measures is clearly structured. Applicants must use a specific form and submit the required documents, such as a brief description of the measure and a financing plan, to the Darmstadt Regional Council. Funds are disbursed according to construction progress upon request.
