Housing Promotion – Dormitory Places for Students and Apprentices Closed
The State of Lower Saxony supported the creation of occupancy- and rent-controlled dormitory places for students and apprentices through the 2019 Housing Promotion Program. The program supported new construction, alteration, or extension of dormitories, especially at university locations in Lower Saxony. Legal Basis and Validity
The funding program was based on the guidelines of the Lower Saxony Ministry for Environment, Energy, Building and Climate Protection from 2019, which were adapted multiple times. The validity of these guidelines was limited until the end of 2024.
