Housing Support – Communal Apartments for Assisted Living Groups and Shared Flats

The funding is aimed at investors, including companies, private individuals, public institutions, and associations/unions, who wish to realize projects for creating communal housing in Rhineland-Palatinate. The program aims to meet the specific housing needs of the elderly, people with disabilities, as well as students and apprentices, to expand affordable and needs-based housing and enable independent living.
