IB Land Acquisition Loan

The IB Land Acquisition Loan is aimed at start-ups, freelancers, and small or medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with their registered office or business establishment in Saxony-Anhalt. The program aims to promote sustainable development and economic stability in the region by supporting investments in commercially used buildings and energy efficiency measures.

The funding program specifically supports investments in commercially self-used buildings and measures to increase energy efficiency in buildings and production facilities. The funding is applicable across all sectors and targets projects in the implementation phase that aim for infrastructure improvements or process optimizations.

The IB Land Acquisition Loan is granted as a loan and covers up to 100 percent of the financing requirement. The maximum loan amount is 3,000,000 EUR, and the minimum amount is 25,000 EUR. The loan term can be up to 20 years.

To utilize the IB Land Acquisition Loan, various conditions must be met, including securing the overall financing and demonstrating sustainable profitability. For energy efficiency measures, the improvement in energy efficiency must be demonstrated. Start-ups must also prove their qualification and submit a business plan.

The application process for the IB Land Acquisition Loan requires submitting an application to the Investment Bank Saxony-Anhalt before the start of the project.
