The program primarily targets the Mediterranean Sea basin, including its major river catchment areas. Demonstration activities must be carried out in three different Member States and/or Associated Countries of the Mediterranean Sea basin. Additionally, projects are expected to engage at least five 'associated regions' from Member States/Associated Countries other than those in the project consortium, to showcase feasibility, replicability, and scaling of solutions.
