The funding is provided as a non-repayable grant, which can cover up to 90% of the total eligible expenses, with a maximum amount of EUR 60,000 per year for a full-time position. This represents a co-financing for project funding.

The funding is subsidiary to federal funds and requires participation in Cooperative Migration Work Lower Saxony (KMN) and evaluations. There are also clear guidelines regarding eligible expenses.
