Secondments must involve physical mobility and occur between independent legal entities. While exchanges between organisations within EU Member States and Horizon Europe Associated Countries should primarily be inter-sectoral, same-sector exchanges are permitted if they are interdisciplinary. Interdisciplinarity is not required for same-sector exchanges with non-associated Third Countries. Secondments between institutions solely within the same EU Member State/Horizon Europe Associated Country or within non-associated Third Countries are not eligible for funding.
