Special Program "New Housing Perspective" – Funding Guideline 1 – Residential Quarters

The special program "New Housing Perspective" in Schleswig-Holstein targets municipalities and project developers who wish to plan and implement innovative and high-quality residential quarters. Funding is also provided under consideration of the De minimis regulation and requires the disclosure and publication of the created concepts.

The approval authority decides based on funding recommendations from a state advisory board and within the framework of available budget funds.

The special program "New Housing Perspective" – Funding Guideline 1 Residential Quarters is legally established by a decree of the Ministry of Interior, Rural Areas and Integration of the State of Schleswig-Holstein. The guideline was last extended in December 2023 and forms the basis for grants awarded within the framework of the State Budget Ordinance.
