The loans can cover up to 100 percent of the eligible investment costs, with a minimum amount of EUR 25,000 and a maximum of EUR 2 million. Terms are flexible and extend up to 30 years.
Conditions and Requirements
Specific conditions apply to applicants regarding building status, use, and compliance with regulations, including NRW.BANK's ESG requirements. Commercial applicants must also observe De Minimis aid provisions.
Application Procedure
The loan application is submitted through the applicant's house bank and must be made before the start of the project. The house bank forwards the application to NRW.BANK, which approves the refinancing. The house bank is also responsible for monitoring the use of funds.
