The disbursement of funds occurs upon submission of all required documents and according to construction progress, with IFB Hamburg making the decision on approval within the available funds.

The funding program is based on the "Funding Guideline for Owner-Occupied Residential Property", which is founded on the Hamburg Housing Promotion Act and takes into account the application of EU aid regulations for services of general economic interest.
