Funding is provided as a fixed-rate financing in the form of a grant. The amount of the grant is variable and depends on the weekly working hours of the funded person. A co-payment is required.

Conditions and Requirements

To receive funding, applicants must meet certain legal and substantive requirements. These include requirements for the employment relationship, staff qualifications, and compliance with budgetary regulations. Co-financing by the applicant is also required.

Application Procedure

The application for funding must be submitted via the KiBiG.web system before the start of the measure. Advance payments are possible under certain conditions, and the final submission of the complete funding application is required by June 30 after the end of the approval period.

The funding program is based on the Guideline for Promoting the Permanent Employment of Day Care Providers and Assistant Staff in Child Day Care Facilities (TP 2.000). Additionally, other laws and administrative regulations apply, which ensure the budgetary framework conditions and compliance with data protection requirements.
