This funding is aimed at educational providers and recognized youth welfare organizations with a registered office or branch in Saxony-Anhalt. It seeks to support guardians and other caregivers of students to deepen their career choice competence and improve access to regional labor market opportunities. Projects must be offered locally and comprehensively throughout Saxony-Anhalt.

The program funds projects aimed at improving students' career choice competence through the involvement and empowerment of their guardians. This is done through information events and training. Personnel and material expenses are funded, while the purchase of depreciable items is excluded. Projects should be in the phase of knowledge transfer and capacity building.

Funding is provided as a non-repayable grant within the framework of project and co-financing. The amount of the grant is linked to the eligible expenses. Projects can generally last up to 36 months, with the possibility of extension.

Specific conditions apply to the application and project implementation. These include the need for collaborations, compliance with state aid regulations, and detailed provisions for budget management and quality assurance. Applicants must also fulfill extensive reporting and cooperation obligations.

The application procedure is two-stage. First, projects are selected by the Regional Working Groups (RAK) through a competitive process. Subsequently, the selected projects formally apply to the Saxony-Anhalt State Administrative Office. Grants are disbursed no earlier than after the grant decision becomes legally binding, and regular proof of use must be submitted.

This funding is based on the "REGIO AKTIV" guideline, issued by the State of Saxony-Anhalt and significantly supplemented by the regulations of the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) as well as state-specific budgetary and administrative regulations. These legal bases ensure the legitimacy and framework conditions of the program.
