Legal Basis
Funding is based on the Guideline for Technology Promotion in Saarland “Saarland Central Technology Program” from July 16, 2021. It is supplemented by the Saarland Budget Ordinance (LHO) and relevant EU regulations, particularly the General Block Exemption Regulation (GBER) and the De minimis Regulation.
