Legal Basis
The funding guideline is based on the guideline of the Saxon State Ministry for Economic Affairs, Labor and Transport for the funding of technology promotion projects, co-financed by the ERDF and JTF. It is also subject to the EU General Block Exemption Regulation and other EU regulations.
