Who is funded?

Various conditions must be met for application and project implementation, including complete planning and financial security, adherence to commitment periods, accessibility, and proof of demographic sustainability. European state aid rules must also be observed.

Application Procedure

The application must be submitted annually by September 30th for the following year to the Saxony-Anhalt State Administrative Office. The procedure involves the submission of extensive documentation and a prioritization of applications by a working group.

Legal Basis

The funding program is based on the "Guideline on the Granting of Subsidies for the Promotion of Municipal Sports Facilities Construction and Club Sports Facilities Construction." This is supplemented by various state laws, budget regulations, and the EU regulation on the exemption of certain aid from notification procedures.
