Various conditions and requirements apply to the utilization of the loans, encompassing both general provisions and specific criteria for individual funding objectives. These include ensuring the overall financing of the project, adherence to commitment periods for investments, and compliance with state aid regulations such as the General Block Exemption Regulation (GBER) and the De minimis Regulation.
Application Procedure
The application procedure is electronic, either directly via the funding portal of Sächsische Aufbaubank (SAB) or via a cooperating house bank. Loan disbursements are generally made as an advance payment, and proofs of use must be submitted electronically.
