Funding is provided in close cooperation with a business coach or private investors.

The application for equity capital must be submitted directly to Bayern Kapital GmbH. The process involves submitting documents together with a statement from the consulting expert or private investor, followed by a detailed review by Bayern Kapital.

The legal basis of Seedfonds Bayern is formed by the investment principles of Bayern Kapital Innovationsfonds II GmbH & Co. KG as well as relevant EU regulations and guidelines for the promotion of new company formations and risk finance.
