Social Care and Counseling for Residents in the Lower Saxony State Reception Authority

Applicant non-profit legal entities must demonstrate their mission in counseling and caring for the target audience and provide appropriate own contributions. Approval is at the discretion of the Lower Saxony State Reception Authority within the framework of available budget funds. Compliance with the provisions of the State Budget Ordinance (LHO) is mandatory, especially regarding the use and proof of funds.

The application procedure involves submitting a written application to the Lower Saxony State Reception Authority by November 1 for the respective following year. The decision on approval is at the discretion of the authority, and the use of funds must be documented.
