Thermal Insulation in Existing Buildings
The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg supports property owners in the energy-efficient modernization of single-family homes and small multi-family houses with up to two rented residential units. Conditions and Requirements
To receive funding, applicants must meet certain technical and procedural conditions. These include performing hydraulic balancing, engaging specialist companies and experts, and complying with specific U-values and material requirements. In addition, de minimis aid must be observed.
Application Procedure
The application procedure is carried out electronically via the portal of the Hamburgische Investitions- und Förderbank (IFB Hamburg) and requires submission before the start of the measure. IFB Hamburg supports and advises applicants throughout the entire process.
