Type and Extent of Funding

Funding is provided as a low-interest loan with a minimum amount of 5,000 euros and a maximum of 4 million euros. Flexible terms with grace periods are offered, and a liability exemption for house banks is possible under certain conditions.

Conditions and Requirements

For application, an application must be submitted through the house bank before the start of the project. The program is subject to the GBER and De minimis Regulation, with the aid value corresponding to the interest advantage. There are specific restrictions on eligible costs and publicity requirements for larger projects.

Application Process

The application process is carried out through a credit institution (house bank) to the Thüringer Aufbaubank (TAB). Approval is based on private law, and the proper use of funds must be demonstrated.

The funding program is based on the Thuringia Dynamics – innovative – EU funding period 2021–2027 guideline and other national and European regulations and laws.
