Organisation of high quality master or post graduate courses or bachelor courses by Ukrainian universities with conference interpreting components

The European Parliament's funding initiative targets Ukrainian higher education institutions to enhance the availability of qualified conference interpreters. This program supports entities offering or coordinating master, postgraduate, or bachelor courses with conference interpreting components in Ukraine, aligning with the EU's objective to ensure linguistic diversity and sufficient interpreter resources for its institutions.

This program funds educational initiatives focused on developing high-quality conference interpreting skills, specifically for Ukrainian-speaking interpreters. Supported activities aim at improving curricula, establishing centers of excellence, and fostering international collaboration in the field of interpretation training.

The financial support provided through this program is in the form of grants, with a maximum allocation of 150,000 € per project. Supported activities are expected to conclude by July 31st, 2025.
