Challenge Towards World Class Manufacturing (WCM)

The WCM program (Challenge Towards World Class Manufacturing) targets specialists and managers from EU member states who work in companies not majority-owned by Japanese entities. The goal is to provide participants with deep insights into advanced Japanese production methods to increase performance and cost-efficiency in their companies.
