Grant

The State of Bremen supports inter-company vocational training in skilled crafts to ensure high-quality training throughout the state and to relieve the burden on training companies. Non-repayable grants subsidize course costs in the basic and advanced stages to support the professional qualification of apprentices and provide incentives for creating training positions.

Who is Funded: Target Groups and Geographical Scope

This funding is aimed at institutions that conduct inter-company vocational training courses (ÜLU) in skilled crafts, to ensure the qualification of apprentices and to relieve the burden on training companies in the State of Bremen. The funding is limited to the State of Bremen.

The funding is provided as a non-repayable grant. The funding program is based on the Guideline of the Senator for Children and Education for the Promotion of Inter-company Vocational Training in Skilled Crafts from May 24, 2017. It is also anchored in the State Budget Ordinances and other administrative regulations.
