Deployment of Succession Facilitators
The State of Lower Saxony promotes the deployment of succession facilitators in companies. Chambers of Crafts and Chambers of Industry and Commerce in Lower Saxony can, under certain conditions, receive a grant to support business succession and job security. The aim is to strengthen the startup climate and retain know-how within companies.

The program offers financial support in the form of a non-repayable grant. The funding can cover up to 75 percent of eligible expenses and support projects for a period of up to three years.
Conditions and Requirements
To receive funding, applicants must meet certain criteria, including professional competence, a coherent overall concept, and consideration of cross-cutting objectives such as equality and sustainability. The overall financing of the project must be secured.
Application Process
