The eligibility of projects under the Skilled Professionals Guideline is tied to specific conditions, particularly the establishment and activity of a regional skilled workforce alliance. Additionally, budgetary regulations and EU state aid rules, such as the De minimis regulations, apply.

Application Procedure

Applications for the Skilled Professionals Guideline must be submitted in writing to Sächsische Aufbaubank – Förderbank – (SAB) using the provided forms. Regional measures can be applied for continuously, while overarching measures require a call for applications or an announcement.

The Skilled Professionals Guideline is based on the guideline of the Saxon State Ministry for Economy, Labor and Transport for the promotion of skilled workforce retention projects. It is supplemented and legitimized by various budgetary provisions, European state aid rules, and federal social security regulations.
