Apprentice Transfer – Continue Training

The "Azubi transfer – Continue training" program supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Baden-Württemberg in taking on apprentices whose training contracts were prematurely terminated at their previous company due to specific difficulties. The goal is to ensure the continuation of vocational training for young people.

The program promotes the takeover of apprentices whose previous training relationship was terminated under specific circumstances. Support is provided as a one-time grant.

Funding is provided as a one-time grant in the form of a premium. It is a fixed-amount financing per apprentice taken over or provided.

To claim funding, certain legal and procedural requirements must be met, including compliance with deadlines and the availability of budget funds.

The application for the "Azubi transfer – Continue training" program must be submitted in writing or online within three months of taking on the apprentice to the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour and Tourism Baden-Württemberg. The decision is made after checking the requirements, and payment is made after submission of the proof of use.

The "Azubi transfer – Continue training" premium program is based on the Law for the Promotion of Small and Medium-sized Businesses and is subject to specific budgetary provisions. There is no legal entitlement to funding, and important information on data protection and subsidy fraud is provided.
