Type and Scope of Funding

Funding was provided as a grant within the framework of a fixed-amount financing. A lump sum of a maximum of 50 Euros per training unit could be granted, whereby the actual eligible expenses could not be exceeded. A self-contribution of at least 10 percent was mandatory.

Conditions and Requirements

Specific concepts and a training program had to be submitted for the application. The measures had to reach a minimum number of participants. Special provisions for proof of use and data protection also applied. Complementary funding was possible under certain circumstances, but multiple funding by state funds was excluded.

Application Procedure

The complete application had to be submitted on time by October 31 of the previous year. Approval was granted after verification of the proof of implementation. The proof of use had to be submitted in detail by March 1 of the following year.

The funding program was based on a joint announcement by the Bavarian State Ministries of Health and Care and of Family, Labour and Social Affairs. This guideline regulated the granting of subsidies for further training measures in disability and psychiatric care in Bavaria.
