Loan disbursements are made according to construction progress or completion of measures, and a proof of use is required.

The 'RL Familienwohnen' funding program is based on a guideline from the Saxon State Ministry for Regional Development and is legally anchored in the Housing Promotion Act as well as in the paragraphs of the Saxon Budget Ordinance. It also takes into account EU regulations for De minimis aid.
